Help!!! Broken Wii

    Hello,
My 2 year old Wii is starting to give up the ghost. It will not read or play any game discs. I'm thinking of getting it replaced with a new Wii, but i don't want to loose all of the games i've downloaded from the wii shop (about 14 games in total).
Does anyone know if nintendo could replace these titles for free, i;m sure they have my details on file when i shopped for these games?
    Eric

Maybe you just need to clean the disk reader....think there's cleaning disks on sale in the shops. This can happen if your Wii is in a smokey/dusty room and you'll usually have problems first on dual layer disks like Smash Bros.

I sent mine back to Nintendo and they cleaned it for free - check the nintendo website and you should find the details there.
