Either with it in or out, can't get any of them anymore. Any ideas?

Check my sticky thread for the correct tuning details for FIVE, as it is now broadcast FTA without the need for any viewing card.

FIVER and FIVE USA though remain FTV for now...

Aye, saw that. 1 month ago, all working fine, tonight, all Fives are coming up as 'scrambled'. It's tuned in fine as I have the EPG, just that it is now scrambled.

Has your card updated? Check your entitlements in your softcam or cam.

Did a rescan, didn't work. Factory reset & rescan got me Five but still missing the other Fives.

Is your card the white Sky FTV card? I didn't think any CAM and STB was working with these yet, unless this is a recent development? If it's an old blue one, perhaps Sky have got round to turning it off as they said they would start doing from the end of 2009.

Put it in a Sky box and see what the error is . If the card mised an update the default error is "this is the incorrect viewing card for this receiver" .

Some user here had the same problem : http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055809477&page=4.

Leaving the card tuned into Five USA overnight worked for him. I personal leave my card tuned into Five USA overnight once a week .

This will solve your problem. It should also work if you don't have a sky box and have the latest/correct software.

Not intending to hijack the thread.. but what CAM do you use to decode the channels? I have an MVision HD200. Built in.. or ? I'd heard the new white card killed the Soft-CAM "hack" that was being used with the old iteration of VideoGuard rendering the CAMs useless with the new one.

I also second what the others said, just leave it in a Skybox and it should pick up the update after while.. leaving it overnight on Sky3 should do it.
