hi there a year or so ago someone here posted a link to a cartoon about someone asking a designer for a free website , and then it was compared to someone asking a car dealership for a free car etc etc does anyone know where i could find that cartoon please ?

The most recent one I've seen is from The Oatmeal. Doesn't mention freebies, so probably not the one you're looking for.

however not the one i was looking for - the one i saw a while back was a simple flash animation
