    QUB do a module on neuropsychopharmacology as an option on medical/ biomedical courses.

    That seems like a very specialised area that would fall into the realm of post-graduate studies rather than an undergrad course. If you are really set on it do either pharmacology or neuroscience.

    Almost certain that a full undergrad course on this does not exist in Ireland anyway.
