Hi! i'm in first year arts atm, not sure whether it's the right thing for me... does anyone here do forestry? could you tell me what you think of the course?

is it what you expected it to be? i've glanced through the modules in the forestry course and other than physics i can see myself enjoying it

put simply i see it as a way to be closer to nature (ye i know how it sounds); even if i do end up eventually working in an office i feel at least the work would interest me...
is this a rose-tinted vision of what it might be like? :o
    thanks in advance;)

Well, if you really want to be a lumberjack, then that's ok.
You will need to sleep all night and work all day to pull it off though.
