It's meant as a good-natured sign of happiness that the operation was a success - but if you want to just look for badness in others and inappropriateness, that's up to you I suppose...

I realise that sometimes it's hard to know what people mean when they are using type and pictures to convey what they want to say.
At the same time I am allowed to question a post (note I didn't attack the poster) without having you jumping in and giving a sly dig at me.
