How would one go about finding a solicitor in Germany?

    Hi there, I am just wondering how one would go about finding a solicitor in Germany? I am looking for one as I have a dispute with a German company and spoke to an Irish solicitor who advised me that I need to get a German solicitor to deal with them. However I don't speak German, and I don't know where to start looking for one? Ideally I would like to find a site or something where I could communicate with people either based in Germany or folks who may have had to use the services of a German solicitor in the past who might be able to advise me of a good one if possible? any advice or a point in the right direction would be appreciated.

    alternativly, the Irish embassy in Germany will be able to put you in contact with a local lawyer.

    I can provide you with some specific names in Germany, depends largely on the nature of the work etc. feel free to pm me if you have difficulty finding someone through the above routes.
