Hi, bought a blackberry 8520 from 02 store yesterday, when I turned it on I noticed it has a dead pixel, is this common? is it worth bothering to return for something so minor, and if I do will they facilitate me?

If your not 100% happy lever brothers o2 will give you your money back or a brand new phone no problems-dead pixels on a new phone doesn't sound promising

    I'd bring it back.

Sure it's nothing major but you've paid for a new phone in perfect condition and that's not what your got.
