is a single room in a lovely quiet 3 bedroom house in Cork City that's 15 minutes walk to the City Centre and only 4 minutes walk from UCC. very good location.
it is fully furnished with all amenities such as internet, phone line, TV, washing machine, dryer, oven, etc.
rent 350-400 per month, negotiable.
2 female students currently living here.

Even if ur planning on moving in the next academic yr thats fine too.
