    Anyone have a Stoeger 2000?

Made by Benelli, correct? Benelli is under Beretta, correct? Also, owners of Franchi, correct?

IS the SBE three times the 2000, it's three times the price.

Actual owners feedback would be greatly appreciated.

have my aplication gone in for one.
read a load of reviews online recently and got a lot of negative feedback and some good also.
seems like its fussy on ammo and wont cycle properly using light loads.
i am only going to use for rough shooting and its my first shotgun so i am not too fussy yet.
will let you know how it goes when i get the licence.

got my stoeger 2000 today, lovely looking gun and very well finished.
probably wont have the time to try it just yet but will get back with info.
got the 30" one and its a pretty long gun, just fits my safe unbroken.
not that heavy either and feels good to hold.
after reading more reviews it seems that the problems cycling light loads are due to the breaking in proccess and after a few hundred rounds it seems fine.
as a newcomer to shotguns i cant compare it to anything else so its up to you to read the reviews.
got it for 350 2nd hand 18 months old but it looks brand new,not even a scratch on the wood or metal and looks like it was never used so i am happy.
going to try some clays first as soon as i get time.
Nothing worse than having a new toy and been unable to use it for another while.
