About to apply for JSA - Maynooth

I am about to start the process of applying for JSA. My course in college is about to finish and I haven't been able to find a job.

I have been told that at the start of the application process they drip feed you forms instead of giving them to you in bulk? If this is true it might be a case that I wont find out about a form I need to get that will take awhile to get until I am a couple of weeks into the application process.

It also seems to be the case that the rent supplement process originally undertaken by the community welfare officer in Maynooth has now become a case where you get the forms in the office and mail them to a PO Box in Dublin (no other contact details).

    So my questions are:

    1. What are all the forms I need to get to apply for JSA that I wont get from the social welfare office? E.G) P45
    2. Who are the people (outside of the Dep. of social welfare) that I will need to contact / fill out forms? E.G) Landlord.
    3. I am 23. What is the weekly rate of JSA I will receive?
    4. I am currently paying E360 every 4 weeks for a rented room in Maynooth. I have lived here for 8 months. How much will I receive for the rent supplement?
    5. I see from the Citizens Information site that part of the process to apply for rent supplement is to apply to go on the housing list at the "local authority". Does anybody know where this is around Maynooth.
    6. To apply for a medical card this seems to be the process. Get this form - get it signed by a local doctor - drop it off to the local health office. Am I missing anything?
    7. Finally, and most importantly, if I get all the forms in quickly how long does it take from the first visit to the social office to being accepted for JSA?
Thanks for any help with this.
