hi, can anyone suggest a place like holiday village (need 2 houses) for 2 families for the june bank holiday weekend. pref within walking distance of a beach pub restaurant shop etc 6 adults 8 brats ! thxs

A place like Roundstone in South Connemara seems to fit the bill. Here is one link for self catering in the village. Grand place for a weekend.
