I've a second round interview for Pc World on Monday..
They already asked me all the normal questions like
    1. Tell me about yourself!
    2. What do you do with a pissed off customer
3 give an example of a time you had a bad experience with a colleague.
4 give an example how you helped out a colleague.
    5. How open are my sales techniques?
    6. why do I want to work here?

What else are they gonna ask?,any tips or insight would be so much appreciated!

Depends on the job you're going for. They may just ask you the same questions again to get a fresh look and compare their shortlisted applicants. Or, as it's for PC world, they may test your general computer knowledge at this stage.

Right I used to work for Dixons, its in the same group and most Dixons stores are now PC Worlds.

I never had a second interview, but you can expect them to go a little into technical knowledge, and they might ask you some hypothetical situation stuff.

Then again it was 3yrs ago when I worked there, so things might have changed
