Any recommendations for timber sliding sash windows?
In the South of the country. Would prefer an Irish supplier if possible!

Have had a couple of quotes from joinery type places that made my hair stand on end and one from a UK based supplier not so bad but they use softwood which is probably why they're cheaper :(

    Thanks!

Would appreciate some recommendations as well through pm. I don't mind where the company is located as long as they have good quality timber sash windows that are suitable for Irish weather. Cost is important also.

    Thanks.

personally a good joinery company could make them - the secret is in the lead weights and experience. DO NOT allow some joiner in - a lot of them can't hold their hands. If you PM me I can recommend one company - not the cheapest but good.
