I'll be in the Cork and Cavan for both matches but if you're looking for something more central then try out McBrides.

Corcorans is good. Near the Pigalle.

Cheers, I was in some boozer in 2007 for the RWC near Place de L'Opera for about 3 days and it was brilliant. Can't remember the name of it for the life of me and it wasn't Kitty O'Shea's. It had an upstairs and there was another Irish pub near by. Ring any bells lads?

    Well....

'near' place de l'Opera is really only the Kitty O' Sheas and the Murphy's bar.

You may mean the O' Sullivans bar with is a couple of metro stops away, close to the Hard Rock cafe...

O'sullivans ring a faint bell! Would that be a good spot? I remember I had a excellent time during the world cup there.

Yeah it's not bad at all though a little pricey after happyhour ends at 8pm. couple of different screens and if you don't like it there's always the Corcoran's bar which is about 20 doors further up on the same side of the street.
