A small advert in local paper "Free for collection" tends to do the job. Done deal is also a good option.

Tell the local farmers, they may take it away to use under gates. What can sometimes happen is that over time the soil under farm gates can become deeply rutted & eroded, leaving a large gap under the gate, letting livestock out.

There are two registered tips one out the Trim rd on the left just past the Balreask. Another out the Athboy Rd. about 5 or 6 miles. They charge about €2 ton delivered but if it's good topsoil someone might take it for free thru a small ad or someone like Small Deliveries also takes it.
