Emulsion Paint removal?

I was using a roller on the exterior walls today and even though I moved the car well back I still managed to get some on the bonnet of the car, the wind must of carried it in the air... or something!

What would be the best way to remove this, as it is water based exterior wall paint?

    Thanks
