+3 and they've taken some of their lower value items off the website e.g. blank cds and dvds as maybe the free shipping would have negated the value of sale

This is true for me also. Irish companies should really start having free shipping or else I'm sticking to play, mymemory, etc. etc.

It (website) seems to have lost my account details. No such username.

But instead the shipping will be included in the cost of purchasing the items. At the end of the day businesses need to make at least x profit to continue.

They are changing the user accounts to a new server so they are to send out an email to change password then it should be back up and running

There's a new website called Dealcube.ie which are Irish and offer free shipping.

Pretty good prices on some of their stuff, not so good on others though.

Account does not exist. Oh, they don't want to ship it for free, now I got it!

That site has a painful navigation menu, as soon a you hover over a category it offers several sub categories but they're too far over to the right so by the time you move across the entire menu selection is gone!

    +1.

They have added a challenge game to the website too - try hovering the mouse over a category and then selecting one of the categories from the sub menu - e.g. "hard drives - external hard drives" - it's difficult but with a bit of practice you will manage it!

It's a pity their feedback button on the right side of the page required a sign up (or sign in) to leave feedback  I had a message typed out and everything.

    Komplett's new collection point @ Ballycoolin's handy - no delivery charges ;)

Might be there a while, but new to me.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,044 ✭✭✭Wossack

What the hell is the point of doing a free shipping offer while people can't log in?

    Oh wait....

Is anyone else getting an error when they try to checkout something? Also for some reason they've put my country down as Netherlands, and its greyed out so it can't be changed...

I like the prices of Komplett.ie, but indeed the website sucks...

How much they use to charge for the shipping to Dublin?

I would be grateful if you guys could tell me more good websites that sell tech stuff.

seems like kompletts problems are all due to the below.
noticed as well that there is a lot of stuff missing from the website.
