According to Jeremy Piven on his Twitter account they were back on set a few weeks ago so I reckon it could be another while before it starts to air.

On July 30, 2009, HBO renewed Entourage for a seventh season. The seventh season is set to premiere in the summer of 2010.[12] The storyline will feature Vince starring in an apocalyptic drama and among the celebrities appearing will be John Stamos and Bob Saget.[13] Dania Ramirez announced on her Twitter page that she'll be joining the cast and play a new love interest for Turtle.[14] Autumn Reeser will return to her role as junior agent Lizzie Grant.[15] Season 7 began shooting in the last week of March 2010.

Entourage usually airs in July so hopefully available to watch by any means neccessary from then. I watched all 6 seasons in 2 weeks in February. Can't wait for the continuation.

Turtle gets a new love interest... This means Jamie Lynn aint in it any more.. I can't recall them splitting up in Se06, can someone refresh my memory.. She moved somewhere to shoot and I remember he flew out to her but after that I'm drawing a blank..

then turtle followed her there, but she told him not to, but he was already on the plane so when he got to (ithink) new zealand he had to get straight on another plane to (i think) italy to meet up with vince and drama,

+ i heard somewhere that the actor who plays turtle broke up with jamie lynn siegler in real life also, so if thats true we wont be seeing anymore or her,
