Muay Thai Help

Sorry guys - I know there's a sticky for clubs but was hoping for some help.

I'm looking for recommendations for a Muay Thai club in Belfast or greater Belfast area. I can only seem to find one at Frames when searching the net.

Basically I'm looking for a stand up MA that will transfer to MMA as I'm trying to work on that aspect of my game.

I've also seen Pro-kick but I'm not sure if the "kick boxing" they advertise is the same as Muay Thai and as effective for MMA?

Any help would be much appreciated - thanks in advance.

Jamie Crawford runs Langka Muay Thai in Lisburn. You'll get good training there.

    Their facebook page is here.

In answer to your question about kick boxing v's muay thai for MMA....well, the MMA heads can probably give you a better answer, but I would think that the Thai would be better (I may be a little biased :D).
