Posting someones address on a website?

Many ***** put peoples personal e-mail addresses onto websites, one such being 4chan.

What are ya'lls view on this?

I remember a time some troll posted a girls address.... so I added her and told her, then asked her did I want to get him back for her, she said yes and gave me his number. This particular guy happened to be in America, so by various means I got his home address and then co-ordinates, then I got his parents names and they're emails and phone numbers. I then got a pic of his house from Google Earth and put it back up on where he posted originally.

He got very butthurt and said sorry a million times.


Anyone else?

I never had anything put on the net(that i know of!!) but i did have some spiteful fcuker of an ex write my phone number in a fellas toilets in a niteclub. Ended up having to change my number,was getting bombared with calls from pervs at all hours. :mad:

I remember when some idiot tried to phish some world of warcraft account details on the wow forums here on boards.ie, but the guy used a username for the free web hosting account that he was trying to phish accounts with.

Long story short, I found his facebook and bebo pages and found out he was in "the Bish" secondary school in Galway. Emailed the principal for the laugh informing him of one of his students activities on their school computers, who as I found out later got in touch with his parents and the guy was forced to go to the guidance councilor as well as reviving a suspension.
