    Hey y'all!

    I'm back in Dublin until Saturday afternoon. Just wondering if anyone is planning any mid-week 'gentle' spins?

    Two great spins this week. Went up to Brittas on Wednesday to check out the course for the race on Thursday with some Orwell folks. I was having flash backs to my first league race there last summer when I crashed at one of the corners, but it was a beautiful morning and great to spin the legs out after my sportif on Monday. A big thanks to my favourite Orwell lady for a loan of a bike for the week. Just back from a wonderful spin up to Howth. I've missed cycling around Dublin...nothing compares in London, I miss the sea! And the weather this week has been amazing (still a little windy), I'm loving the sunshine!!
