    Hi all,

I have just set up a Blueface account and got one of these phones from the office (as they were clearing them out). Just wondering how I go about setting up Blueface on it. Do I need some type of gateway software like IP Office from Avaya??
    Any help greatly appreciated/
    Cheers
    Aaron

Never used one but it seems to connect to your router so you should then be able to log into the phone vis the IP address and enter the connection details to use Blueface - if it is not locked I suppose.

    EDIT
Found this manual (pdf) which may help

From reading a little of the manual maybe it is expecting some specific software to be available to do all the work for it.
As mentioned I have not come across such a beast previously so am in the dark about its requirements in that respect.
There should be an admin manual for it which should detail its requirements and how to correctly set it up ....... but to find one ......

    Exactly JohnBoy exactly!

I have a Cisco 7960 IP phone I am going to try instead see if I can get it working. I know my account is good etc as I have it working over my N95 8GB works a treat too.

    Thanks for your help John
