Red Button Problem with New Sky+ HD Box

    Hi all. Got SKY+ HD installed last week and everything is fine, except with the interactive services. For example, BBC Red Button. The prompt to press the red button appears, but when you press it, nothing happens. Teletext doesn't work either. Sometimes it works, but mostly it does not. Anything I can do to rectify this?

    The box is the standard Amstrad box from SKY, Operating System Version is 1.32B12 and EPG software version is 'sky+8.4.0.MultPlatform.v.3.0.0' if that is of any use.

    Looks like an old EPG software version, do an forced software download, unplug the box, hold in the back up button on the box not on the remote, plug box back in, hold back up button in until you see an update message on screen, after about 10 mins the box will turn off, leave it for a minute or 2 and switch back on and hopefully you should be sorted.

    thanks for the response. Did that this evening but no luck. I also noticed that the software version, as outlined above, hasn't changed. Anyone else have any ideas?
