Hey all, just went in to work to collect my wages & was given a RCTDC (C45)
I'm not a sole trader or registered or any of that jazz. Can I still got dole? I'm working call time, about 2 days a week. Now I've 700 badly needed euros tied up in this form. How do I get it back & stay "dole-able"
    Thanks
    Sean

So you've been drawing the dole and working at the same time ?

    Really ?

Am I missing something here ?

You'll have to register as self employed to cash in the C45. The whole 'employed' 'self employed' thing is quite topical with the revenue at the moment.

Have a read of their leaflet and decide if your self employed or not

Nope, you've got it 100% right.

But you've told the DSFA that you are working and they have adjusted your dole accordingly...right?? I believe you can work for a certain amount of time and still get some benefit. I think its 2-3 days a week.

Otherwise why are you looking for advise on a public forum on how to commit and get away with social welfare fraud?

    Kind Regards

Oh I have, dont worry about that. It's based on a 6 day working week & you just put in for days you weren't called.
