I can only find house prices on the CSO (via the [FONT=Verdana,geneva,helvetica]Department of Environment, Heritage and Local Government). Does anyone know ehre some rent figures can be found? [/FONT]

They don't give it out though!
I looked for this data last year and couldn't find any meaningful data. All the estate agents have it but cite legal constraints when you ask for it.
