Bought a PS3 game from ASDA.co.uk and its still in stock pick, Ordered it last wednesday and im not waiting any longer for them to despatch it so i cancelled it, But for the last 3 hours it says that they are processing the cancelation. Does ayone have any experience with this process?

Is it safe to order the game from amazon? Im afraid ASDA will turn around and say its too late to cancel it!

You can under distance selling regulations return the game for a full refund for any reason at all within 7 days of receipt ( you are liable for the postage costs if it is not due to a fault ) If you wanted to order from Amazon you have the option to send back ASDA's one if needed.

Oh yeah i know that but all that seems like alot of hassle and adding the cost of the postage back to the UK is not nice.

Well there is an argument that if you have a cancellation email from them they would be liable for the cost of returning an item sent in error but as you say a lot of hassle.
