    Nothing confirmed yet.

    As you know, the moratorium on hiring of staff in the public service has scuppered the councils plans to open this.

    There are other moves afoot to get it open but nothing concrete yet.

    I'm sure the local FF brigade will jump around on the front page of the local papers when it does get the go ahead...
