That depends. Have you told your provider that you have awful service? Have they left you out of your contract?

They're also gonna ask why you didn't bring it back within the cooling off period? Which is a valid question IMO considering you have it less than a month.

It was grand during the 7 days period you know when you can give it back but its gradually got worse and worse.

Your using the internet and signal drops Ive too reconnect and that happens all the time.

Will they charge me now cause Ive only been using it a month.

I dont want to be charged..

Well this is how it should go down. You call them and tell them your service is very poor and has deteriorated since you purchased it....

They'll check the area and tell you whether you should be getting good service or not and if there are any known issues in the area that need to be repaired etc...

If you're in an area that they can't do anything about to improve your service well in that instance they should remove you from contract and at that point if you cancel you will not be charged.

If you are in an area and they can fix the issue then you will be charged if you cancel cos service interuptions due to equipment failure, weather etc... are not a reason to remove you from contract.

Oh and if you are getting a service that they deem to be acceptable (even if you think it's crap) you will be charged. All providers have benchmarks for acceptable service.

Don't go in all guns blazing either cos that ain't gonna get you anywhere.

You never know your provider might actually be able to sort it for you!

my account got blocked I downloaded 16 gigs on the stick and they stopped the broadband internet from working.

I think the money has not gone into 3 networks account yet its goin in the 5 of may.

Heres the thing Ive downloaded a few Linux Discs and yesterday the internet stopped working.

so checked it 7 messages I have recieved clicked on them

1: You have gone over your download Limit.

    2: 10 Euro

    3: 20 Euro

    4: 30 Euro

    5: 40 Euro

    6: 50 Euro

    7: 60 Euro

What how do I owe that much money ? I only downloads 16 gigs and its 10 gigs a month.

I thought it was 1 euro for each gig if you go over your limit ?

Whooooaaa mate you need to check the T&C's an overage details of your tarriff!!! It's probably more like €1 per MB but again you will need to find this out for yourself. You'll get this from your provider's site I should think.

FYI - Don't think you'll be able to claim that you have crap service anymore, especially if you're downloading 16gb's in a month- that is if you're still trying to get out of contract.
