I believe Tony O'Heir called Golden Silver a faller today and a punter matched €50 at 999's.

I only said this yesterday to someone as commentator in two races called the wrong horse!

    Lethal laying horses in running

yes the horse was called to have fallen & bet confirmed by dude on RTE who watches the exchanges.....dangerous game laying horses at them prices but one happy out punter!

Why was Luska trading at that price?

Dessie should be sacked asap, wrecks my head when he consistantly makes up names etc

Mugs trying to get "free money" on fallen horses totally deserve to get cleaned

Happens regularly enough with Dessie and Tony tbh.

Horse fell ergo lets mop up a few simple euro by laying at that price. I don't understand that particular rationale or the other jewel of backing at 1.01.

the horse that finished second (blackstair mountain) was cruising
behind luska lad 2 out and it looked like a certain winner and jumped
the last in front but found little whereas the winner fought hard
    to get back up.
but in fairness it was stupid to be laying at that price

not only that he dropped his hands too early and lost 2nd on Dr Dee Jay which did not please exacta punters. Any other Jock and there woud have been a big inquisition

Offering 999 to 1 he/she deserved to get cleaned out. He was never more than a length and a half away, was a money-on shot and stays all day. I know he looked beaten but The ground was like a bog so no horse was never going to quicken. OK if it was a mickey mouse maiden but Luska Lad is a top-rated novice and im sure will go on to win a few stayers hurdles in years to come. Just wish it was my 13 quid.

Oh yeah remember it now classic Davy Russell ride, like absolutely top class he knew exactly what he was doing.

Didnt stand out for me as something that would cause a 999/1 trade

Wonder will he go Saturday in Aintree taught he said it can't go left handed.....what a shame if it can't!
