Internet addiction

    has anyone any suggestions for spending less time on the internet. im on it every day for at least 5 or 6 hours i just download films(which i never watch) and music(which i never listen to) i never clean up around the house. i dont change my clothes much. i have trouble making decisions. how can i stop? is there any way of stopping without disconnecting myself

    Try making yourself do the stuff that needs to be done - and then allow yourself the treat of the internet but only if all chores/tasks are done.

    You've gotten into a bad habit.
    I suggest you set yourself small goals you can reach.
    Do yourself a start chart if you need to, set a timer for 15 mins and just do one task at a time.

    Push yourself to do the things which need doing, don't just turn off your browers turn off the pc so that it will take time and effort to get back connected. Once you get yourself way keep yourself busy put on the radio to distract you and get the house work done bit by bit.
