OLD GREGG

was it just me or did anyone find the episode with old gregg scary!!

its the episode when they go to black lake and howard get kidnapped by a disturbing sea monster called old gregg who likes baileys, watercolours and has a man-gina!!!:eek::eek:

I always hated The Mighty Boosh but accidentally watched an Old Gregg clip on Youtube about amonth ago and now its like my favourite show.

The thing that got me was I really liked how they made the fishing scene look really cozy with the moon and the stars and all that and the weird banter in the pub. And the Moon is in this episode, probly my fav character. I love they way when they come away from the moon scenes ya can kinda see the moon still turning in the background.

I know what ya mean though, ya werent sure what Old Greg was gonna do. "I'm gonna hurt ya".

My fav line outa that episode - "Easy now, fuzzy little man peach"

I can't even watch the episode, it gives me nightmares! I almost died when it came on stage at the live show

LOL, Old Gregg is certainly messed up, but the Crack Fox is seriously fkd up and SCARY!!!!

The Hitcher kinda creeps me out a bit too.

I love the Boosh - can't believe it's taken me this long to find this forum:D

I've a problem with 'The Hither'. In series 3 they make him look all cool and stuff, where's is big thumb, big nose and pointy chin?

And should'nt Bollo be dead, he died in the end of 'Bollo', they never addressed that.

Oh I dunno about that. I think The Boosh like their continuity and that's why I was surprised they didn't keep the character the same in series 3.

They're are always bringing back past characters, using familiar jokes and sticking to overall Boosh plot (Howard gets in trouble and Vince saves the day). Thats somethin I like about The Boosh, alot of little things happen in the show that you would have needed to watch previous episodes to get.

They definately like being self-referential, and having loads of jokes that fans would get, but think they did away with the nose/thumb because they were just akward to be honest!

Old Gregg is great but the voice and mannerisms remind me so much of somebody and i cant think who it is, it annoys me every time i watch that episode.
