Replacing Flat Roof

    Hi,
    I need to replace a flat roof on a garage conversion (30 sq. mt.). The replacement should include replacement of wooden base, thermal insulation etc.

    What should I expect to pay and has anyone had similar work done that would recommend the contractor.
