no, listen to the interview or google "Andrew Maguire whistleblower" and see for you're self. Their was an attempt on his life a couple of days before/after he gave that interview.

I read about this, it's entirely plausible that the silver market is manipulated by bigger traders, but then you can say that about most markets.
