    Hi

Didn't want to start a new thread for such a similar topic

My question is: the Occupiers Liability Act is in relation in injuries due to the state of the land, and I know that the common law still stands in relation to injuries due to activities but does this mean that those injuries not caused by the state of the land are still guided by Mc Namara?

So say for instance if an injury to a trespasser happens due to an activity on the land then this trespasser is owed reasonable care under Mc Namara?

Sorry if this doesnt make sense just trying to clarify it in my head.
