Best thing to do is slow WAY down when kissing. Start by kissing just on the lips slowly and breathe. Then slowly insert tongue and massage and breathe. Every 10 seconds or so reel tongue back in and kiss on the lips to a close and breathe, then continue the process all over and just enjoy it. When done correctly you also get those squeaky kiss sounds you often hear in the movies as well.

Loads of people just seem to feel like they are in a competition to see who can find each others tonsills first while cleaning the other persons face at the same time...
Girls comment a lot that I am a good kisser but truth be told I got my technique from a random girl I kissed years ago who I never even got her name or met again - I owe her a lot!!

Practice makes perfect. But beforehand it may be worth noting how its done on TV or in the movies. (One of the occasions where we should follow what we see on TV), or watch an instructional video like this... :D
