Casual job seekers forms

I'm talking about the X/O type forms. I sent my last one in for week ending 22nd March. I handed it in and asked for more forms. I was told that they would be sent out. Still no sign of them and they're not answering their phones.

Will I lose my claim because the forms have yet to arrive to me or what can I do? It takes 4 hours and 2 buses to get to Maynooth for me because they won't transfer my claim to Blanchardstown either

    Any advice greatly appreciated.

Anybody able to help? Is this happening to anyone else?

My forms were delayed by 4 days. It never happened before. I know someone else who had the same problem, so you might get them yet. If you don't get them in the next couple of days, go to your local office and get them to give you some of the temporary forms. You'll still get your money once these are filled out - until you get the proper forms.

It's wherever you usually leave in your forms. They should give you temporary ones.

Ah damn. That's gonna be a long journey for me tomorrow! :( It's silly how they said they sent them on the 22nd and yet here we are April 5th and I'm potentially going to be outta pocket because of it.

Went down to sort out several things. I was lucky to be able to get a lift rather than spend all day on buses etc.
Anyway. Went into Maynooth to be told they'll be sent on the 16th even though they were apparently already sent 10 days ago  The mind baffles.

Anyhow. They're not issuing the cheque for last week or this week until next week (end of next week) so that's tuesday 2 weeks before I get a cent. The reason: They didn't receive the forms which they never sent to me

When I asked if there was some supplementary allowance I could get to tide me over I was told simply no even though I was given it before on my previous claim.

That brings me onto my next point.
I'm a repeat claimant yet under the rules i'm apparently only entitled to 100 max per week due to my age. Now I was under the impression old claims from as much as 6months ago were still on the old rate?

My request to move my claim from Maynooth to Blanchardstown (a mere 15 mins by bus away) was refused on the grounds that Maynooth serves Dunboyne (Which isn't even in the same county). Ironically I re-opened my claim in Blanchardstown but was told it was going to be transferred to Maynooth as that is where my original claim is from.

Thanks to all for advice and help. I'm sure next week will be fun when the forms arrive for next month and this one. Only the first set being a month late!
