Any Good Deals on Laptops at the Mo?

Ok time to upgrade my Dell Inspiron 6400, well give it to Miss Gunner, and looking to get a new laptop with Windows 7. Checked the usual spots Dell Outlet, Amazon, Komplett and bricks & mortar shops but unsure what to get. Will be using it for MS Office,TvAnts,Sopcast and Internet and mail so nothing spectacular. Looking for a good memory and Bluetooth. Willing to spend €400 ish anyone got any good recommendations?

For 400 you cant go wrong with inspiron with 15" screen.

With all the bits and bobs added it goes up. Looking at the Dell outlet and looking at This One For what I want to do on it is it worth it Want a decent memory and processor and dont want it as slow as......

Well the inspiron 1110 is a "netbook" which is not built for speed. They're built to be light weight and efficient giving good battery life and adequate performance. It's relatively small at 11.6" and has no disk drive, which probably isn't an issue.

Keep in mind that all dell outlet prices are quoted Ex.VAT, so add 21.5% onto that price. Not such a great deal.

Damn your right vat brings it up to €517.61:( so maybe worth getting new one will try and customise now and see what price it comes up with for the inspiron 15 what are these like?

What about This Laptop the price is €548 have Laptop prices skyed high or is this the normal price. The Dell Easter deal finishes today but do they usually repeat these

That should probably read no DVD drive.

What parts are you adding? i configured it for under 5 with all in.
