Apoligies to the Mods of this is not in the right section.

    Anyway,

I'm having a bit of trouble with trying to download Windows Live onto my Windows 7 laptop.
I have worked out what the problem is but how to fix it is the question.

Aperently all Windows 7 computers are ment to come with a Windows Live folder in the Start Menu (All Programs to be exact) but mine didnt and thats whats stopping me from having Windows Live on my own laptop.
I have already tried to see if I could just send the file from one computer to another but nope,it doesent seem possible.

So I was wondering if any of you people would know what to do?

I was suggested to me that I put the laptop back to factory settings but I want that to be a last resort.

Any advice will be much apreacited :).
