    Damn you Apple :D

    I now want a new macbook pro (wont be getting one till i5/7 comes).
    I want an iPhone. (Android aswell - I'm torn)
    I want an iPad. (or a notion ink atom)
    I want an iMac. (I have no need for a desktop - but our home pc is well overdue for throwing out)

    I know its a small gripe that a company can release so many products that are so good that is my only complaint but hey.
    Anyway - what are peoples thoughts on the iPad now that we have seen it working from several people, several reviews unboxings and several amazing apps.

    I was critical of it at first, but have found myself defending it a lot. It looks like a great device and I think it will be very successful. Although I won't be getting one myself just yet. I already have an iPhone and a MBP bought in the last year and my next big purchase with be a new iMac. So I can't justify getting an iPad at the moment.

    The video demos are nice and all, but I would like to get some hands-on experience with it.

    Yeah me too.

    What was said nailed it on the head - it is a restart.

    Computers are too difficult for most people, this is a simple appliance that takes the computer out of the way and they gets straight to ''the google''.


    The notion ink atom will be a competitor - cant wait to see more of it.
    If I buy any tablet it will be that if it can get even about 7 hours battery.

    Because if I use a tablet it will be for editing pdfs and the likes - and that cant be done on the iphone os.
