I wasn't sure where to post this, but am considering asking Clare County Council to reduce mine on grounds of financial hardship. Does anyone know how I might go about seeking this? Is there any bodies which might help?.
    Thanks

A company that I work with have several outlets in Kerry, Limerick and Cork are considering the same.

AFAIK they are waiting for the local councils to make their own review.

I think more in the hopes that local government will have more cop-on than our national one.
