Not finding BBC, UTV C4 on FTA

Help I am not finding the BBC channels, ITV's, Channel 4 ect (all the ones I want to watch on my Silver Crest FTA box. Am finding other channels on Astra and Hotbird. Have the BBC's etc changed?

You might need to add the transponder frequencies to your box before you scan. List of current frequencies available here.

If you're getting channels from Hotbird then you're not on the right satellite.
