publishing is complex enough. elevatemusic.net is about the only one I can think of.

Hey, let me try and help you...if you write and produce a track, then you will also own the publishing rights. that means that if another artist wanted to cover your particular track for their own album, then in that case they will need a licence from you. Also if a tv show would like to play that particular track as background music, then they would also need a licence from you, if a mobile phone company wanted to make a ringtone using that track then they also would need a licence from you. They need licences from you because you own the rights to the track, or another way of putting it, you own the publishing.

If you write a track today, the earnings from it are potentialy unlimited, thats why its important not to ever "sell" or give away the rights to a track. Rather licence it to singers/labels/companies. Then the royalties will always be owed to you, and not the person who you sold the track to. The monies generated from licencing tracks sometimes can take along time to come to fruition. What some writers/producers will do is seek a publishing deal. If you are a hit writer with a track record, publishing companies will offer to buy a percentage of the publishing rights to your songs. they will then "shop" your tracks to labels and ensure they recoup the investment they made when they paid you for a share of the publishing. so like i said, a publishing company might buy the publishing rights and you get 20,000 dollars today, but in the next 20 yrs the track could make 20 million and its the publishing company who will take a cut off that, so in that case the original composer will have lost out. but there are pros and cons.

hope that helps a little. my advice is try to keep the publishing in house, shop the tracks yourself, get a lawyer if you have interest from a major label/artist, and prepare to earn some money!!
