halfords and Argos are cheap. just make sure what you're getting is actually better than original. some cars can have surprisingly good speakers, and just because the ones you're getting have a name, it won't automatically make them better.

    check out www.caraudiosecurity.com
Its £20 delivery but the prices are much cheaper than anything you'll find in Ireland.
And they have excellent range. I'll advice JL audio speakers. They're pricey but you're paying for the quality!

Im kitting out an audi a4 and the only thing im restricted with is the front speakers. they have to be a measly 4". the biggest choice i have to make is finding the best 4" speakers at a reasonable price. im willing to spend between 50 - 100 euro just on them.

so any recommendations on 4" speakers would be a great help. would like to buy focals but would like a slightly cheaper alternative. id imagine they excel at the higher priced speakers alright but in the lower bracket im sure theres some good competition

think good quality rather than RMS quantity :D

that caraudiosecurity is one of the cheapest and well organised sites ive seen. cheers for that :pac:

edit - ill have a sub wired up aswell so the 4s would be for mid and hi range alone

    Bloody hell!!!

If you're a bit more reasonable and on a budget, I'll advise these:
