hey my friend needs a question asnswered in relation to a grant and part time courses

He is 19 years old, but never choose to pursue college after he left school last year he has a good leaving cert, and took up a job in an office and he lost his job last year

He wants to attend college this year but wants to attended college part time , if he was attending college full time he would get a grant.

He hopes to take up a level 8 in UCD will he get a grant for part time

No he would not get the grant and would have to pay fees.
If he is on social welfare then he should go chat witht hem and see what they can do for him.
