    Hi all,

I have a 1 man limited company and need to finalise my accounts for 2009.

I think I have everything I need done, but need an acountant to sign off.

I would also like to spend very little money.

    PM me

    Thanks

If you have everything you need done, why exactly do you need an accountant for then?

Alarm bells are ringing for me anyway.

Think about what your company does, what if someone told you they've 99% of what you'd do done and just wanted you to finish off. Maybe I'm wrong and you've a gift for accountancy, but my experience would be that it is unlikely... but not impossible. :)

any accountant will need to check mostly everything before signing off anything.
