The barrel may be twisted out of line, look in through the rear of the chamber with the hop on and see it it's twisted.

check that the hop up buckin is sitting right on the rubber

ok lads ill try both of them,if the barrel is twisted will i need a new 1?is there anything else i can try?

No, a twisted barrel just means its not sitting right. Just a simple job of making sure its straight and lined up right with the rubber. :)
