    Coming to a town near you? The Guarda have decided to do another one of their high profile wheezes to scare the motoring populance but as the name suggests surrounding a town in every division, stopping everyone who wants to get in an out. Sounds rather excessive to me, the sort of thing you'd more associate with some police state.

    id be in favour of them harassing anyone breaking the law...
