Derlict houses alongside railway line

    The hoses that are boarded up along the railway line are they been pulled down or renovated

    Sorry they are the houses along the active railway line. If you were driving under the railway bridge and instead of heading into the town centre you make a left at the traffic lights and drive pass the school and continue driving and to your left there are a number of two storey houses all boarded up.

    Athlone! The ones along Grace Park road, if so, then I believe they are scheduled for demolition when the last family move out, just one house not boarded up from what I can see.

    Government land, new guards barracks going in there AFAIK, the social welfare office just moved there a year or so ago too.

    Saint Mels is been pulled down.

    Not all the houses though. There are still some staying put..
