It depends on the woman.

I'd say in general 20's to 30's, but the 'mature' look that women develop as they get a little bit older can be incredibly sexy too. Can't think of any examples off-hand, but I'm sure you know what I mean.

This is all subjective opinion, of course. Different strokes and all that.
